[TRLog] Multipliers not dimming

Hi,
I've created a config file for the YO dx contest and the Multipliers (ITU
zones) are not dimming as they are logged. In a simple config file that TR
creates from scratch, the Mults do dim.

Also, in this contest the YO counties are not visisble (just the ITU
zones), is this normal?
