[TRLog] South American contest

Hi

I was pleasantly surprised to see that this event was supported.

However, afaics, something seems to be amiss. The multiplier is only scored
for a South American contact ( and seems to be in the wrong column), also
such a QSO only scores 4 points, and all European contacts score 2 points.

Am I missing something?

It's no big deal, as the contest seems to be a non event with a couple of
YV and LU stations I worked being unaware of the contest!
