[TRLog] more on out of memory warning

	Some time back I was looking for help in alieviating an insufficient memory
warning. The most common response I got was to run MEMMAKER.

	Unfortunately, it was of little use, as that feature has been deemed
unnecessary for DOS 7, which is what comes with W98. I boot straight to DOS
when I want to use TR, and I have a very simple autoexec.bat file. The only
thing in my config.sys file is a line which says FILES = 60.

	I haven't run scandisk yet and will also be looking at the BIOS. Would
welcome additional advice/comments.
