[TRLog] ARI / IS0 TEN POINTS????

What is the problem?  IS0 should be 10 points in the ARI?  I think 
that is what the program tries to do.

Yes, but I think that TR -log (ver 6.39) doesn't work properly for ARI
contest,Italian ISŲ stations counts 10  points,no 1
