The HELLO.DAT file allows you to specify custom salutations for specific
countries.  The format for the file is the country ID (must match the
CTY.DAT file), a space, and then the salutation.  For example:

I ciao
VK gday
F bjr

Currently, the HELLO.DAT file must reside in the directory \log\name\.
I should also allow it in the same directory as the other files.  Will
do this for 6.41.

LOGLASTCALL allows you to log the last guy you just worked on another
band.  It was intended to be useful during a VHF/UHF contest when running
a guy up the bands.
