[TRLog] 6.45 POST UEFF dupes

I have yet to go through the file to see if there's something about the calls
involved, but the TRMASTER.DTA file that I put together has a huge amount of
duplicates as a result of UEFFing just a single file - so many in fact that
the
entire SCP window is entirely filled by these dupes.
