[TRLog] OFF time not properly displayed/calculated (operatorerror)

I'd like to throw my vote in too - PSE keep the on/off.
I occasionally do a "\off" - read the total time off and then a "\on", and 
agree that an indicator as to time on OR time off would be super.
The last couple of contests I've been working on programming the numeric 
keypad to control the radio - Great feature! Wish there were more numbers to 
work with.
