[TRLog] Wishlist & bandmap

While I'm still thinking about it, pardon me for suggesting again (I think)
that it would be nice if the bandmap didn't automatically scratch a call from
one band when it appears on another.

Example: I just S&P'd 21 Mc & loaded the map with all the big multi-multis.  I
then scoot down to 14 Mc, do a quick sweep & load what I find there.  But
when I move back to 15, the big boys are no longer in the map because I just
loaded them on 20 & therefore spend time finding them all over again.

As the band map ages & automatically drops old entries, I imagine that
allowing
bandmap entries from one call on multiple bands won't muck up entries that
aren't multi-multis too much, as they'd go away on their own anyway.
