[TRLog] 6.46 runs out of memory at VR2BG

About 2400 Qs into CQ WW, 6.46 reported available memory of ~10k & disabled
TRMASTER.DTA on me.  Never had this happen before.  Shut down & removed
everything to do with the DVP, reoptimized QEMM, dumped BACKCOPY & came back
up a few moments later with ~100k free.

I haven't changed the configuration of the computer in a long time & I've
never had TRMASTER.DTA disabled on me before, even with a big multi-band log
& DVP (this year I was single band)...
