[TRLog] CQP Loging Problem

I  was using version 1040 during this weekend's CQP. I discovered when a
California station logs another California station TR will not allow the
county  to be entered in the QTH column. It will only accept CA. The CQP
rules state that when Calif. stations work other Calif. stations they must
log the name of the county.  Is this a new problem?
