Martin,

4E is the hexadecimal (base 16) address for the radio, hence the "H". (Icom is unique in using these). Trlog requires you to use the DECIMAL equivalent of the hex address number. I'm not anywhere where I have access to the conversion routine, but I'm sure you can dig it up. I had the same issue with a 746, once you get the number right all will be well.
