[TRLog] Sorting the country list

I was editing the S50P...DOM file (can't remember the file name, it's the
one with the 50 states and all provinces and territories used in the ARRL
10m contest). I sorted them alphabetically, then loaded the program. The
added items were there (R1,R2,R3 and the MMs) but the list remained in it's
original non-alphabetized state.

How is this done?
