[TRLog] Partial Call

I edited my Log file used in general QSO mode.  After that, the partial call
function does not work. I set the Partial Call Load Log Enable to true,
hoping that the existing Log file would be used to regenerate the partial
call info. Not so.  What can I do to have the program look at all the calls
in the file?  BTW the partial call function does work for new entries in the
log, but ignores the ones entered prior to editing the file.  Any hints?
