[TRLog] IC-765/TR com problem solved

TRLog was only reporting NONSSB from my IC-765 using a CT-17 interface.
Under the bottom cover of the radio in the front middle is a bank of 2 dip 
switches which are clearly marked. Switch #2 on S37 comes from the factory in 
the ON position. It must be turned OFF for the level converter to work. The 
switch is called "Transceive" by Icom.
Hope this helps someone. It drove me nuts for a while.
