[TRLog] .cfg file for 781

[Bernie, CMS]

Hi,

New user: I  need a sample config file to make my IC781 sing along with
TRlog.

The 781 works fine with DX4WIN and the CW keying from TRlog to the 781 via
COM 2 is also OK.
