[TRLog] NAQP multipiliers

You are seeing the default list - which is worldwide.  You can make
your own list and stick it at the end of your CTY.DAT file (see the
manual), but I really don't think it is worth the effort for the NAQP.

There will be 2 or 3 NA countries to work in the whole contest is all.
