[TRLog] Logconvert and dates?

I haven't tried it but there apparently is a problem.

According to KA5WSS's website, he's working on Version 1.60 which will fix the
TR-LOG input file Y2K problem (among other improvements). The predicted release
date is the week of 17 January.
