[TRLog] SoundBlasterDVP

I finally got around to hooking up SBDVP the other day. It sounds
really great, much better than Kenwood's DRU, and it thoroughly
integrates with TRLog.

I ended up using just a .01 microfarad series coupling capacitor
from the sound card speaker output to the TS-850 afsk audio input. 
After a lot of experimenting, I floated the shield at the Kenwood end.
No rfi, no hum, perfect frequency passband with the Heil mike, very
good with the el cheapo computer mike.
