[TRLog] 486 slow response time

Hi there for some reason, one of the 486's in our network has a 
noticably slower response time for loging the contact than the other
machines. We are running it in dos mode on a 486 with windows 98
I seem to remember this problem comming up before, but have lost
track of the relevant emails.
