[TRLog] Program set-up and Cabrillo

Decided to practice setting up TR and trying to get familiar with the
post contest procedures.  

As an example, I set-up FOR the ARCI contest and programmed the CW
exchanges.  Everything seems to work fine, except at the end of the
contest and generating the post contest Cabrillo file, I don't get the
"sent exchange" in the report.

Looks like:
QSO: 7000 CW 2000-07-15 1025 W3BBO                   KO2K             
599  599 3653 Nj

That first 599 is part of my "sent exchange".  Otherwise everything else
is fine.

My logcfg file looks like this:
MY CALL = W3BBO
CONTEST = ARCI
DISPLAY MODE = COLOR
KEYER RADIO ONE OUTPUT PORT = SERIAL 1
CQ EXCHANGE = _ ~ 5NN PA 9673 
REPEAT S&P EXCHANGE = _ ~ 5NN PA 9673

EX MEMORY F4 = 9673
EX MEMORY F5 = @ DE \ 5NN PA 9673

I assume I'm missing something here.
