[TRLog] Trouble with cw to computer

I am having trouble with my communication with TR and my FT 990 to for
CW. When I set up a contest to let me use a paddle and TR for CW
exchanges I get a constant dit that will not quite unless you log out of
TR.  The band and frequency data is correct any suggestions.
