[TRLog] Radio Update Seconds

Hi all,

there is a parameter that can be adjusted,
for radio one and radio two, but per "1" seconds step!!
Since the default is 1 second already, you
can only make this time longer!!
These are:

RADIO ONE UPDATE SECONDS
RADIO TWO UPDATE SECONDS

If this has no other drawbacks or negative side effects
we could ask Tree to make that one in milliseconds or
something shorter than 1 second, to give
a faster frequency readout.

What are the radios that you use? There are ajustable delays build into the
program for different radio. I for one use Icom and the Icom Command Pause
and Icom Responce Timeout sums up to nearly 1 sec. You can try and shorten
these parameters.
