[TRLog] time/date problems with n6tr v6.50 under windows 2000

Yes - this happens because NT (aka win2000) does not let
TR-Log run all the time - so the time gets slow.

I dont know if there is a way to fix this - perhaps
Tree chould have TR get the time from the hardware clock
or check itself every so often.
