[TRLog] CW port

If you have two LPT ports, you can indeed do so.

However, it is more common to have 1 parallel port and 2 serial ports. In
this case, you can employ one of the serial ports as a key output. For
example, you could have RIG1, your FT1kMP, keyed on COM1 and controlled
(interfaced) on the same serial port. LPT1 could be your RIG2 (TS950) key
line, PTT, and paddle line (and band decode, too, I believe). COM 2 could
interface the TS950, in this example.

Note that this example has the serial port keying RIG1--the opposite of what
might appear natural. At my station (the example above), if the serial port
PTT/Key lines do not key RIG1, I get a nasty lock-key-down on computer boot.
It stays key down until I alt-R once to change from RIG1 to RIG2. When the
serial port is configured to key RIG1, the transmitter still keys
momentarily on boot. Not a great "feature", but at least it doesn't lock key
down.

I remember (from the distant past) that Brand C also has this momentary key
down glitch on boot if a serial port is used as the key line, so this might
be a hardware issue.

Packet? Network? Well, that's what COM 3 & 4 are for!

Is there any reason why TR could not support keying radio 1 on LPT1 and
radio 2 on LPT2? This would let those with TopTen band decoders use
2 radios without building a switch box. TR already supports the TopTen
band decoders on those LPTs.
