[TRLog] windows 3.1 ?

Wondering if any one has /had similar problem ?
I am trying out a  Sharp 386 lap top / 25 mhz / 120 meg hard drive,
and have problem running trlog/ any version .The program can load but after
a few qso's I get a message  System integrity / invalid general protection
fault and then tell me to shut down windows ???
i have not purchased this laptop yet but it seems to work fine with every
thing else . I did boot tr up from my dos prompt and does work better , but
after 25 or so qso's it locks up ??
Any help or answers ????
