[TRLog] Reflector archives

    I just today noticed that the Contesting Online web site has 
undergone significant changes.  It's now called "contesting.com,"
which is probably how most people refered to it before, anyway.
There have also been changes to the list archives.  The TR LOG reflector
archive is now at:

    http://lists.contesting.com/_trlog/
