[TRLog] Alt D in SO2R

I notice that sometimes entering a call after Alt D in two radio 
mode actually halts the CQ on the run radio, but other times it 
doesn't.

I thought at first that this was a function of whether the call 
was recognised as a dupe, but I am now not sure. Anyone else 
find this and what's the reason?
