It's built right into Win95/98/etc.  Just click on "Start", go to
"Run" and type "telnet.exe" and away you go.  Of course, it won't have all
the ham-specific features like being able to filter spots based on whether
it's a new mult, etc., but it does allow one to telnet into PacketCluster
nodes that are "telnettable".
