[TRLog] Return/enter key does not xmit in S&P

It's been a while since I've had time to play in a contest and I'm beginning
to notice the rust. One odd thing I've come up against with 6.55 is that I
can't get it to send CW in the S&P mode when I hit the return or enter key.
It does just fine with the F-keys. Did I miss something in the newer
versions?
