[TRLog] Zer o & Electronic Log Submittal

Please don't use the alt-0216 zero in electronic logs. The software doesn't
recognize it so they all have to be changed. I suppose the software could be
modified for all the special cases but it's needless complication when a
plain text file works and is easy to generate.

Tree, correct me if I'm wrong.
