[TRLog] SUMMARY.DAT

I just generated SUMMARY.DAT for my WW CW log.  The Raw QSOs and Valid QSOs
show identical numbers.  I logged all dupes so I know they are there.  I
believe it is scored correctly and all, just curious if this is an outshoot
of the Cabrillo thing where dupes are, essentially, irrelevant.
