[TRLog] ADIF formats

Ok i have a problem....usually after a contest i take my logs and configs 
...i "drag them out of TR into a file  i created on C:\  ...using Windows 
Explorer  ....i am not sure what kind of file they are turned into a that 
point....i think it is a text file....what i was wantiing to do is put them 
into a logger program ..but it only lets u transfer ADIF formated stuff....i 
am abt puter iliterate...any thoughts or help here would be greatly needed 
and  consoling....remember nothing real fancy.....if possible...and also i 
have been looking at the TR manual and i must be over looking where it says 
anything about importing or exporting logs to another spot.....tnx
