[TRLog] windows and trlog

Does anybody know how to get trlog to boot up directley out of
windows 98 ?

meaning, after you boot to dos, how can I get tr to load up
without having to do;
c:\windows  cd\
cd\trlog

Its easy to do from dos, but how do you do it from windows ??
