[TRLog] Salmon Run QSO Point Correction

To get everyone "in sync" - CW QSOs with all station count 4 points.  The
web site was in error on the Bonus Station QSOs and has been fixed.

Please use Jay's command as follows to correctly score your Salmon Run
log.

QSO POINT METHOD = TWO PHONE FOUR CW

(Is that like the 1984 maxim, "Two legs good, four legs better?")
