[TRLog] Logging a Mobile in the Salmon Run

Having caused some logging grief by tooling around Western Washington, I
asked the TR-meister how to enter my QSOs from multiple counties.  Here
is his reply - this may also work for CT and NA.

One way to handle this is to put part of the county name in as part
