[TRLog] Summary sheets

I realize that with Cabrillo the need for a separate summary sheet will
go away, but... having just operated the Salmon Run I tried to generate
a summary sheet and Post says this contest is not supported.  I know I
can get around it by entering a different contest name and editing the
sheet once generated, but it's a pain.  I seem to recall several
contests that do the same thing.  Can this be cleaned up in a future
rev. or isn't it worth Tree's time?
