[TRLog] RSGB Contests

TRLog users can download config and cty files from my site at
www.qsl.net/g3cwi for use in AFS and in the 21/28MHz contest. Follow the
links for "Articles". The 21/28MHz file was the one I used in my winning
entry for the Restricted section - proving that SO2R is not just for the big
guns!

The CTY file has the RSGB country definitions (i.e. K, VE, ZS, ZL and VK
call areas as "countries".
