[TRLog] WIN2K and TR-log

TRLOG is a DOS program and ONLY a DOS program and for CW sending it REQUIRES
real MODE dos or the timing will be silly. You better go back to WIN98 (DO
NOT US ME VERSION) or give up on TRLOG. Many would like to see it a windows
program but we are told that will not happen. The author does not have the
resources , nor the time, nor the desire.
