Hi Alan,
here you are, if you have the band map active,
 
EX MEMORY AltF8 = LASTCQFREQ
 
(see manual 6.56 page:39-40)
chose the F key you want. this shows what I choose for me.
--->>>This works only if you are in S&P mode,<<<----
(please DOC say this in the manual also)
I didn't try it but probably programming also the
CQ MEMORY AltF8 = LASTCQFREQ
will let it work in CQ mode as well.
 
Now hit the AltF8 key (in my cfg) and your radio goes back to last CQ Freq.

Some time ago I questioned if the LAST CQ FREQ could be included as a 
keyboard function. 

You replied that this could be easily added as a short cut key.... 

I would like to do this - so would you please supply my with the relevant 
statement line they I need to add to the LOG.CFG to achieve this? 

IE:-  LAST CQ FREQ = CTRL-? or something like this.
