[TRLog] CFG file for YUDX

I tried to make up another config for the YU DX that does the prefixes
automatically, using the "ES5QX-method": Put YU into South America, put the
rest of SA: into another continent AM: (America).
It might (or might not) work if you are outside Europe or inside ITU zone
28. the rest will have wrong QSO points for Yugoslavia, sorry.
If you'd like to try it, the file is at
gl & cu (I'll probably be on for the EU Sprint only)
