[TRLog] Band QSYs when tuning too fast

For my 756 and 756Pro, I have been playing with slowing down the
communication rate, from the default of 4800 to 1200. It seems to be a bit
more stable and still keeps up find with my operating.

The info on the screen lags a bit, but still faster than I can type. But,
the screen does not seem to go off to never-never land as much, or for as
long.
