[TRLog] PTT paddle delay?

[K4RO Kirk Pickering]

I now finally have PTT ENABLE working on CW.
I notice that when using the paddle input, there
is a significant delay after the last CW character
before the PTT lets up.  This does not happen
with F-Key massages.

Is there any way to shorten or eliminate this delay?
