[TRLog] TR Log and general logging software

I use DX4Win also. It has a couple of built-in filters for TR, but I've
found that a little tweaking is frequently in order for certain contests. It
isn't hard to do, however, and I've imported all my TR logs into DX4win in
less than 5 minutes per log.
