[TRLog] LPT1 PTT Problem Solved

I posted a problem several months ago that was solved today. When I
keyed my transmitter with the default PTT DELAY at default, 15ms, my
TS850 acted like it was trying to do full breakin. Today I increased the
delay time to 30 ms and now all is working as advertised! I had been
working on the premise it was a hardware problem. Believe me, you won't
fall asleep waiting for that extra 15ms to elapse.
