[TRLog] Using Sound Card Voice Keyer.

I wonder if there is someone who successfully used Thinkpad 760XD with Sound
Mwave DSP for TR+ SBDVP.
The sound card works OK in Windows but probably needs some drivers for DOS.
My friend RA9CO/3 is going to A52 in March and need to solve the above
problem for contesting from there...
