[TRLog] CW Sending

I had a complete failure with TR. I set up the log for NAQSOP but when I 
keyed the radio from the computer the only thing I got out of the radio was 
a transmit of a single tone. This has never happened before. Anyone else 
have this problem? Only happens in this particular contest module.
