[TRLog] Remaining mults for IOTA

I would like TR to display the remaining IOTA multipliers for the IOTA
contest. Since there are a bunch of IOTA groups, I would like to make
a file of groups that have announced operations and base the remaining
mult display on that file. I can't figure out how to do this. Any
suggestions?
