[TRLog] Frequency Display / and ALT-N xmit freq change

PUT
LOG FREQUENCY ENABLE  = TRUE
in the config file and the QSO number is replaced by the last three digits
of the frequency.

If you have the radio interfaced correctly then the Frequency will be
display Just Below Band Time Date etc. It SHOULD be there. If it is not, it
is because you do not have the radio parameters correctly set.
