[TRLog] Cabrillo for M/2

We did a Multi-2 for the January NAQP CW contest and
the resulting Cabrillo file did not have the tranmitter ID's
in the QSO: records.   I just submitted a log for each 
transmitter.  I believe we were using TR 654.
