[TRLog] TR Log for Windows?

This is pretty inevitable.  As the PC performance to price ratio continues
to improve, machines capable of running a TR Log functionality become
affordable yet fast enough to handle the extra overhead that a windows
environment carries.  The interface will have to change somewhat, but
hopefully TR Log users will find the transition to TR Logger less painful
than to the completely different interface styles used by other Windows
based contesting programs.  Logger will get a shot in the arm by attracting
current TR Log users.  Tree will get a life again...
